By completion of this online registration and subscription wizard ("the contract"), you are authorizing OnPix Pty Ltd, Australia, to either establish an account and raise an invoice, or charge your credit card the establishment fee. These charges cannot be contested by you or you will be liable and agree to pay for all expenses and costs incurred in the defence and collection of the initial amounts. All billing and charges for the initial establishment fee are raised in advance of providing services. You are authorising OnPix Pty Ltd to charge your account or credit card for the monthly administration fees as set forth herein. There are no refunds on set up fees once online wizard (agreement) is received by OnPix Pty Ltd.

All costs associated with disputed charges, including but not limited to fees assessed by our banking institutions for processing such disputes will be your responsibility, unless the charge being disputed was due to negligence on our part. An Administrative fee for such disputes that are not due to negligence on our part may be assessed and added to your account balance by us.

In the event it is necessary to refer your account to a collection agency in Australia or in your country of origin, a collection fee will be applied to your account by such agency for their services. This fee is in addition to the amount being collected as an outstanding balance on your account, and is payable in full. Failure to pay an outstanding balance may be reported to any and all credit reporting agencies according to the laws governing such action within Australia and/or your country. Any and all fees associated with the collection of your account, including expenses incurred by us will be passed on as part of the outstanding debt owed including but not limited to costs for long distance phone calls, fax charges, court appearances, and legal fees as it relates to the collection of your account.

By completing this online registration and subscription wizard, you are authorizing OnPix Pty Ltd to establish the services as specified in this Contract. You indicate that all information that you provide to OnPix Pty Ltd is correct and true to the best of your knowledge. You authorize OnPix Pty Ltd to charge the future fees to your account, until the end of the term of the initial Contract term of 24 months and following which 60 days notice of termination will be given.

OnPix Pty Ltd reserve the right to terminate services giving 30 days notice.
